e-Core participated in the Atlassian Summit 2012

e-Core took part in the Atlassian Summit 2012 which was attended by over 1,000 participants last week in San Francisco, California. The event presented the main innovations that help software development teams in creating applications.

According to Vinicius Pinheiro, Business Development and the representative of e-Core at the event, joining the Atlassian Summit is an excellent way to keep e-Core updated on what is best in tools that generate higher productivity in all stages of software development.

Customer Service is subject of lecture at UniRitter University

Customer Service was the subject of the lecture held on 05/21, by e-Core Porto Alegre, for students of Information Systems at UniRitter University. Márcio Silveira, Morgana Spindler and Pedro Corá, discussed issues related to the labor market in technical support area, international career, global teams and key industry trends.

Beyond the relationship between company and customer, the talk also covered the new spaces that customer support is entering, such as websites and social media, occupying, therefore, everywhere and with everyone’s participation.
